Four days among vines and mountains, where twelve women find their way back to themselves.
There is a kind of geography that teaches patience before it teaches anything else. Mendoza is one of them. The vines take years to mature, the Andes watch it all in silence, and it is inside that slower rhythm that Elegancy chose to build its most intimate immersion.
This is not a journey about wine, though wine is on every table. It is about what happens when twelve women step away from routine and allow themselves, for four days, to look inward with the same attention they give the world outside. The mentoring in image, presence and authority happens in a private room, but the real work carries on among the vines, in the dinner conversations and in the silence of the mountains.
What comes back is a woman with more clarity about who she is, and a new repertoire for how she wishes to present herself to the world.

April is the height of harvest in Mendoza. The vine leaves turn red and gold, the mild Argentine autumn makes afternoons outdoors especially inviting, and the wineries live their most alive moment of the year, with the barrels at work and the energy of the harvest present in every visit.

A deposit of R$ 3,500.00 by Pix secures the place and opens the preparation. The balance of R$ 8,396.00 can be paid in up to 10 interest free credit card instalments. Not included: flights, travel insurance, meals and drinks not mentioned in the itinerary, personal expenses, gratuities for guides, drivers and local staff, and optional excursions not described in the programme.

A single base for the whole immersion, the Hualta Winery Hotel Mendoza, Curio Collection by Hilton, in the very heart of the wine region. Four days are enough for the rhythm of Mendoza to teach what needs teaching, between the mentoring indoors, the wineries out on the land, and a group that changes with every shared meal.

“The arrival and the awakening”
Executive welcome at the airport and check in at the Hualta Winery Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. The evening opens with a welcome ritual and the Elegancy Welcome Kit, followed by an opening dinner devoted to bringing the group together before the immersion begins.

“The code of image”
A private masterclass with Emilli Adami, in a reserved room, with individual analysis of style, presence and the positioning of authority. In the afternoon, a practical laboratory of posture, walk and etiquette. The night closes with the Golden Celebration Dinner, where everything learned takes shape at the table.
Dia 3
“The heart of Argentine wine”
A whole day devoted to the emblematic wineries of Luján de Cuyo and Maipú, with an eight hour private tour and guided tastings.
The paired lunch
The table is set inside one of the wineries and each dish arrives with the wine chosen for it. It is the long pause of the day, made to last and to let the group talk without hurry.
The toast in the open air
Between one winery and the next, the table goes outside. Glasses raised, a bottle opened on the spot and the group gathered around, in the most spontaneous interval of the itinerary.
The photo session
Late in the afternoon, a photographer joins the group for an individual session in natural light. Each participant goes home with professional images of the version of herself she built through the immersion.

The last morning begins unhurried, in a circle. Each participant turns what she lived in the previous three days into a concrete plan of action for the months ahead.
The departure
Check out at the hotel and a private executive transfer to Mendoza Airport. The immersion ends here, the circle carries on.
