No. You pay for the journey, never for the time we take to design it, and receiving your proposal costs nothing. The first conversation carries no obligation either: if the itinerary is not what you hoped for, nothing is charged.

What we need to know is the range you have in mind, and the sooner the better. It is not to push you upward: it is to design within what makes sense, instead of sending a beautiful proposal that does not fit. A budget said early is what makes the first proposal land right.

The earlier, the more choice you have. The best rooms, the right guides and the sought after tables go first, and on a long international trip a few months change the result considerably. Even so, if time is short, talk to us anyway. A good part of our work is precisely making things fit in the time that exists.
